The experience of visiting this “sparkling wine factory” is so much more than just a tour and a tasting. At the winery, everybody does their utmost to get visitors to learn about the traditional method of sparkling wine production, identify its products and compare them with those obtained by other methods.
The production area is open to the most curious: visitors get to see the bottles with the decanting leas in the racks and the disgorging and manual labeling area. The winery’s staff will be happy to answer any of the visitors’ questions.
The tasting includes an activity involving the identification of wine aromas while the visitors get the chance to enjoy the beautiful view of the vineyards and the Andes.
