Our wines are made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, which are hand-harvested from thoroughly selected vineyards located in the high lands of the Uco Valley and Luján de Cuyo in the province of Mendoza.

Our base wines are made from a first pressing of the whole-clusters, and then fermentation is carried out at low temperature with the addition of selected yeasts. Wines are aged on their lees from 12 to 24 months.

By means of the traditional method of in-bottle fermentation, Cruzat aims at producing long-lasting sparkling wines with full body and complexity as well as ripeness of aromas; wines with a special vinosity characterized by a fine, elegant and developed bouquet.
