ROSÉ EXTRA BRUT
TASTING NOTES
Of a subtle and attractive salmony color, this wine surprises with its aromas of red fruits and crisp persistent flavors. Its light elegant tannins combined with a good sugar-acidity balance offer a fresh palate.
It stands as an invitation to be enjoyed on its own or as an aperitif. It also pairs very well with fish, red meats and desserts.

TERROIR
LUJÁN DE CUYO
The agroclimatic conditions in this oasis, located at the heart of Mendoza at 1,000 masl (3,280 fasl), make it an ideal area for vinegrowing. The district of Perdriel is known for the superb quality and aroma of its grapes and wines.
The grapes that give life to Cruzat sparkling wines are manually sourced from our vineyards in Luján de Cuyo and the high Uco Valley region, in the province of Mendoza. These geographical regions are located in dry areas characterized by low rainfall, overall
mild temperatures, harsh winters, pleasant springs, and summers with warm days and cool nights. Soils are deep and present a sandy loam texture with the presence of stones, which results in very permeable land.
