Ratafia de Pinot Noir

This sweet liqueur is made from the brandy obtained from the distillation of our best base wines.

For the Pinot Noir Ratafia, the base wine was previously macerated in French oak wood with a light toasting along with dried fruits like walnuts and hazelnuts. Then it was distilled in copper stills.
